Bc it's the corn dogs conspiracy theory that they bring up bc they've been so irrelevant. Dorsey literally was out less that a qtr but yet they think it ruined his career??. Typical lsu logic
Why cant you just admit Ramsey is a shitty human being that made a dirty play. They are a piece of shite family that sued your own University. I have no clue why yall wont admit he made a dirty play

Look at the situation it occurred in, it would make no sense. If LSU had been winning by like 20 points late in the game or something sure but a potential game changing penalty in a massive game? That's going to be the moment he chooses?

The assertion it was retaliation from 06 is equally stupid and I don't care if it was said by any former players.

Most people don't think it was a Tubbs call. Most people think it was a POS of response from a POS person for being embarrassed all night.

The announcers made a big deal of it and LSU fans are easily suggestible

This is one of the reasons why I hate the farmers more than any other SEC team.

Such a trashy program there for a while...

Also it just adds to the shite between Auburn and LSU i.e. cigar game, fight with our band, etc.

And, for those of us old enough to remember, it wasn't the first time an LSU player was targeted with a dirty hit from an Auburn player with intent to injure him. Jesse Myles was our leading rusher in 1980 despite missing half the season because an Auburn player, completely on the other side of the field from where the play was happening and after the play was over, delivered a cheap shot that broke his leg, ending his season and career.

And it's you, not an LSU fan, bringing it up now.

Because I saw it brought up in an OT thread almost 10 years later.

Auburn isnt trashy. They just defend their own beyond reason. You have two radical schools in the same state that live football/rivalry year round. They are used to being attacked and have their own way of thinking.

Not sure why they would bring this play up and try to brush it up as just another chop block.

You also have to remember as a LSU fan you watched Dorsey play probably 40+ more games than any Auburn fan did. They wouldnt really see or know the difference.

I've never understood why that pissed LSU fans off so much.

Wait, what, Auburn had a history of chow blocking long before 2007 with the staff it had in place.

The hit on Dorsey was 100% to take him out.

Look at the Florida game chop block from the same year.

There are videos of the Auburn chop blocks on the net from those years. Back in 2006-2009 there were many more.
