Well R2R he admitted he is all over Saban's nuts right now, so my guess is he is down on all fours licking peanut butter

It's a mixed bag. Players like winning. Saban knows how to win. At the same time, yeah, he's a tool, and wears hard not only on players, but asst. coaches as well. The downside to him is that (in his eyes) he's NEVER wrong, so that means he'll occasionally throw someone under the bus (ex.: when he coached the Dolphins, he threw the player personnel dept. under the bus.)

Not one player or coach has come out and said he "wore on them" (which would be the equivalent of admitting you're a pussy). This is nothing more lsu fans making up stuff with no basis for it.

Look, the guy wins. He knows what he's doing. But look at his track record w/ asst coaches and coordinators. He's a dick. They work w/ him, get what they can out of it, and move on.

Nick Saban has chilled out since he was at LSU.

I don't hear any stories about players hating him or throwing fits in the locker room. I can't recall any coaches that have left because of him. I'm actually thinking Kirby Smart right now who turned down big money at his alma mater to stay on Saban's staff.

Yes, he still get's firey in the sidelines and throws shite and curses, but personaly I like that in a coach and I also think it's kind of funny.

Our players seem to like him and our staff really isn't going anywhere.

I think the man has changed. Give him a break.

He's an a*shole in my opinion. But he's a good a*shole to have coaching for your team

I can't help it that your team has an idiot for a coach...

Jrich, saban is a black eye on the university? He makes the president, fans, and media bow down to him?

That's laughable. Every opportunity he gets he thanks the fans, president, athletic director, and the university. If I've heard him say thanks once I've heard him say it 20 times.

You're just butt hurt and its obvious.

Saban deserves all the credit for getting Bama to the BCS title game. However in the game his team played as if they were as tight as a frog's arse which pretty much characterizes Saban in big games. Bama won the game but it was not due to coaching.

+1
His players never look like they have fun. Still, he wins. He just does it in an unfun manner. The fricker couldnt even smile when the gatorade was dumped on him.

Would you smile if you got hit in the head with a 30 or 40 lb cooler of gatorade? And he looked like he was having fun when he chest bumped Ingram after the sec championship.

That was pre-planned fun. I guarantee you he had the chest bumped drawn up so he could use it at the right time (i.e. - when the cameras were on him) to make himself seem like a decent, fun guy.
