Ed Orgeron beat Ole Miss by +2 TDs the same year he lost to Troy

Ed Orgeron was 5-1 vs Ole Miss as LSU’s head coach

Resting your best player on offense and having your third-string RB start (without the head coach knowing) is not a good way to go about it.

Troy has a new coaching staff and you should be very familiar with the HC.

They have a solid team (esp D), and a very talented RB but QB1 is G5 average.

Troy has our number. They almost beat us the two games we played against them before the 2017 loss. Wacky stuff.

I was going to type this exact thing as well. We had a very improbable comeback in one of those games. We were down 31-3 before coming back to win 40-31.

Troy went 11-2 that year, Ole Miss was 6-6. Troy was probably just a better team that year honestly.

But for real, Troy just plays us tough everytime for whatever reason. Yall should be fine but after making this yall better not lose lol

Had a close game in 2004 as well. Late TD put us ahead.

LSUs last three coaches have not performed well against Troy

You know, if Kelly can have the success the last 3 coaches have had, I don't mind paying Troy a million to beat us in Baton Rouge again.
