Besides, Thanksgiving Day is the NFL's day. This tradition means:
- We have to watch Detroit lose
- We get to see who was awarded a turkey leg.
- Jerry Jones get to fly to Stuttgart to duck hunt and get drunk from Friday till Sunday.
If it can't be played on Saturday then play it on Friday. Avoid Thursday.

Honestly I don't think Thanksgiving is as important to Texans as it is to everyone else. They like to think of themselves as their own country and they don't celebrate it as much as the rest of America.

Do not want thanksgiving night. Give that time slot to the big xii. Let TCU play Texas at that time.
