Your shitty offense played with no crowd noise while ours battled it the entire game.

Our offense hasnt been affected by crowd noise in a single game this year. Not in Beaver Stadium, the second largest stadium in the country with the BIGGEST student section in the country. Not in the Swamp, supposedly one of the most imposing stadiums in college football. Not in Auburn either, although Jordan Hare really isnt that loud of a stadium, it was most definitely as hostile of an environment as you will play in.

So I'm not really sweating the LSU fans in New Orleans in a dome with probably a 65-35 split. Not NEARLY as biased as a home game at pretty much ANYWHERE in the SEC.

It is fine to discuss other scenarios, but some gumps are so blinded right now, they believe there is no alternative to an LSU/Bama rematch. This simply isn't true.

There is an alternative to an LSU/Bama rematch. But it would be one of the worst beatdowns OkSt has ever received. Who the hell wants to see that when the 2 best teams in the country can battle it out again in what may end up being one of the greatest college football games in history.

I'm just trying to be a voice of reason on this insane board. It's not really about what I want or you want, and it doesn't hurt to talk about the alternatives.

We played them the same way we played every defense of similar skill at home. Same results. Crowd noise has had very little effect on our offense all year. Nick pumps so much noise in our practice facility that most people wouldnt be able to think in order to acclimate them to whatever they might hear at an away game. Yeah yeah, a lot of coaches do that, but it seems to have worked for us a lot better than most teams by the looks of it.

There is a difference in talking about the alternatives, and what most of the LSU fans on this board are doing.

It's not going to be a blowout, obviously a very competitive game like the first one.. But I agree, there are alot of tards on both fanbases making everyone look ignorant.

I disagree. There's a lot of back and forth about a rematch, but I see less and less threads about other possibilities. We just need to make it through this weekend and it will all sort itself out.
