Unless LSU just tanks early in the season, I'm pretty sure yall will be favored against UF.

These are all the games LSU will be underdogs according to the SEC rant so they will still be satisfying upsets.

I haven't seen LSU to lose to A&M since I was a small child and we were ranked ahead of you going into it

If we're going by the SECr's opinion better add Kent State and Furman to the list as well. Didn't you know LSU lost all 22 starters and didn't have a recruiting class this season???

'97 Florida easy

ETA: Spurrier raped us every year. Brutal rapes.

Knocking that fricks #1 team off was so awesome.

I got drunk, pilled up, and laid that night. Great night

I'm biased by my personal experience but 97 Florida is the answer.

Florida beat LSU 13 of 14 times in the 14 year stretch between 1988 and 2001. All of the LSU losses between 1993 and 2001 were by more than a touchdown (five by three or more touchdowns). The combination of LSU being down and Spurrier being at his peak made most of those games massacres. The one upset, the one saving grace for LSU against that team was beating them in 97.

Obviously as a LSU fan you love beating Alabama and beating them in 1993 coming off their NC was special (considering how terrible LSU generally was) but it isn't nearly the monumental upset that the LSU win was in the LSU vs Florida series.

For reference (1988-2001)

LSU vs Alabama

5 wins, 9 losses. Four of the five wins @ Alabama. Average score in the 14 games LSU 16.3 Alabama 21.6

LSU vs Florida

1 win, 13 losses. Average score in the 14 games LSU 11.7 Florida 32.6

That's not legit. The Bama game was just freakish, but it meant NOTHING. The UF game was actually significant for the program. Dinardo, in retrospect, achieved some key milestones. Hallman just sold his soul to the devil for that one game. Seriously, how did that illiterate shitstain ever beat Stallings in Bama?

The worse part is I can picture Spurrier telling the assistants pregame: "Okay fellas, if we go up by 40 at half, I'm gonna go hit a quick 9 and meet ya for the press conference. HeHe."

That fricker.

Hallman's win against BAMA won him an additional year at LSU. That alone makes this win bitter...

As others have said the fact that LSU beat Florida in Tiger Stadium really made it that much better!
