LSU & UF should play in a Bowl game

Since it's quite obvious that they are not going to play each other this regular season, lets just let them play it out in a bowl game. It would be fantastic. The media would love it and it would be a very well viewed game and a hard sell out.

You better hope your API is high enough, for that's the only way losing teams can qualify for a bowl.

UNLESS your bowl game is in FL, very few gator fans will attend...they don't travel well !

Lets be real here. Neither team is very good this year so you could pick a lesser bowl game and make one heck of a game out of it. Kind of a cage match type of an event.

I'm not saying they shouldn't play against each other in a bowl game, I'm saying it's stupid to think they'd be banned from post-season play.

I think it may very be the only way to fix this ridiculous situation which is 100% UF's fault. Pick a good neutral location like Atlanta or Nashville and play it out. It would be fun.

I could care less about what the Gators want. As you said they missed that window of opportunity. I agree. They blew it and LSU should not concede for them to make that up. Either they play at LSU, or it doesn't get played in the regular season.
I highly doubt UF will be willing to play at LSU, the Bowl game option seems like a good idea to me.
