After Hurricane Rita, Tenn offered to fly into BR on a monday, play the game, and fly home on the same day in 2005. Not only did Tenn make the offer, but they did it and won in Tiger Stadium. Much respect to Tenn. Go Vols!

Amazing what happens when two classy programs want to compete and live up to the values they preach.

Then you have the Gators.

Did you forget the part where y'all lost to auburn?

Ah frick it, get your hopes up. November will be here soon enough.

If you can laugh at the thought of LSU running the table, I think it's fair for us to laugh at the thought of Auburn running the table.

The only way to get rid of permanent rivalry games is for UT to beat bama more often than not.

UT beat Bama 7 straight years from 95-01. No one ever considered changing permanents. It's funny how yall are bitches but even funnier how you assume everyone else is too

Tennessee has long been my second favorite school in the SEC in all sports.

think it's gonna be awesome how hard everyone (other than auburn and sc probably) will pull for UGA against UF this year.

What's crazy is usually the hurricane victims get sympathy for the rest of the season and somehow Florida managed to make themselves into the villain

Yea, that won't do anything to end the permanent rivalry. Sorry. Alabama and Tennessee want to play regardless of streaks or who is good or who is bad. Have for 100 years, will for 100 more. Deal with it.

Or, a hurricane is hitting Florida and LSU made themselves the victims. Which really isn't that surprising at all

Auburn isn't going 7-1 in league play. That is not a good football team.

If LSU wins out .

Did a hurricane hit Gainesville? Was it impossible to play this game? Would this game have been cancelled if it was originally an away game for Florida? I think you know the answers to all of these questions. I know it's hard, but stop being an idiot
