That's why LSU decided to play zone. But the thing is, you don't need to. Florida isn't a good offensive team at all. They are getting a lot of their points on hustle plays and offensive rebounding.
Just play straight up man and they aren't good enough to beat you.
On offense, just give the ball to Simmons down low.
