We were hit with Sanctions during his time, and he couldn't control any of his players.
But we won back to back bowl games (and against Ohio State)
But Gamecocks fans think he's the greatest Analyst on ESPN.

I used to despise him when he first was hired by ESPN. I could not believe how awful he was and it irked me to my core. Then it dawned on me that it is one big joke and I should laugh. My quality of life on Saturday nights has dramatically risen ever since.

I feel thats basically how it is for Lee Corso and Lou Holtz now.
Both can't catch up, but Lee's been there too long for them to let him go, and Lou is just a huge joke for everyone to make fun of.
