LOL at LSU fans for thinking Orgeron is worthy of being a head coach

He's proven it at USC and LSU

I'm not LOL at anything but jeebus Saban retire and enjoy the last years of your life.

Fear, you can feel it.

That's cool. How many conference titles?
ETA: a man who is 22-29 in his career is now a proven head coach?

Only way he's not coaching is if he's dead, unfortunately.

I'm thinking he hangs up the whistle after he wins about 3 more SEC titles at least ties Coach Bryant with NC's.

He may be like Bobby Bowden. Bowden admitted he didn't want to retire, because he thought he'd die shortly after. Saban may end his career just like Bowden, overstay his welcome and slowly decline until they force him out.

Don't be scared. He's getting better with time.

It'd be cool if he does. They won't contend for a title again once he hits 70

quote:Umm, I don't see Saban delegating 75% of his responsibilities to his staff, taking 2 hr naps on his office sofa everyday, serving no purpose other than a figure head to the program, heading for the exits when a ball game goes into OT in a night game that runs past his 9:00 bedtime. "If" there is a slow decline, Saban will know when it's time to go.

LOL - Wut?
We will be in the mix again this year.

I guess that's possible. But Bowden did win his last at age 70. Played for another at 71.
Clearly Saban will regress at some point. Hang on like Bowden or walk away with a lot of tank left like Osborne?
