It won't happen this year either. There are too many Power 5 schools with favorable schedules.

Let me be clear. I dont actually think any conference will get two teams but I feel this year there is a better chance of the SEC gettting two than zero.

I agree. It's probably going to be between the PAC and Big 12 for who gets left out.

If everything is even, it will be the ACC team being left out. But, Strength of Schedule has never worked out for anyone. Maybe the system is now fixed and who you play, where u play, and even the circumstances in the game now matter but they havent ever before.
Im not saying a SEC champ wont get in with multiple losses, but it will be hard to leave out an undefeated team or even a 1 loss team in 2 of the conferences.
If history means anything it is a much greater chance of getting zero vs 2.
