I felt the same way about Derrick Henry. I wanted to hate him, but he's a humble hardworking man and I respect that in today's world.

Every single poster on this site would more than likely Love Fournette if they actually spent a day or two with him. The guy is nothing but absolute class and shows nothing but respect for other teams and coaches. I'm definitely not the type to just automatically hate an athlete just because he is on another team. There has been many Alabama players I have liked as a player and person

There could be any number of reasons why he didn't jump on that ball. Maybe he saw that he wouldn't get it and was hoping for it to squirt out. It's easy to second guess someone's actions in the biggest game of their career when they have a split second to make a decision.
Besides, you say you hate him because of his arrogance (which is hardly unique in a top-level pro athlete), his comparison to Superman (again, hardly unique), and because of the name he chose to give his child (which is the craziest fricking reason to hate someone in the history of anyone hating anyone ever, unless he named his kid "SoloCamIsARacist"), so did you dislike him and respect him before a split-second decision in the Super Bowl lost your respect?

You're just in time...I think there are "others" (wink wink) out there who need to know what other players/people they can/cannot like so that they don't feel all racisty.

People who aren't racist don't feel all racisty. I didn't say that everyone who dislikes Cam Newton is racist. Some of them (like the ones who still hate him because he went to Auburn) are silly. But to hate the guy because of what he named his child is batshit.
