Let's Talk Tailgating

Since the season is close approaching, let's hear what everyone's tailgate set up is.
Ours is pretty simple. A couple tents and a few tables. One for liquor and mixers. One for food.
Food consists of buffalo chicken dip, a chicken nugget/ finger tray from Zaxby's or Chick Fil A, and probably around 10-15 lbs of pulled pork. To be honest, I don't eat all that much at tailgates anyway.
As for booze, I'm either drinking natty light or Jim Beam. I never really stray from either of those.
I know most of y'all will have fancier set ups so I'm curious to see what y'all have got going on. If you have a fancy set up, how long it takes to set up.

My friends supply the tailgate. I just zoom over to it.

Couple of food trays and finger foods from Walmart. The grove is a special place.

Saw one of these in an RV lot in Baton Rouge a few years ago:

Actually have a friend that has one of these. He drives it between the tailgates he visits. Had to upgrade to a larger motor and bought a new one last year.

For 2:30 kickoff vs Auburn my day will look something like
Wake up around 7ish
Make me a nice, fat mimosas.
Gameday on the TV then head to the parade grounds around 1030ish
Drink heavily until the game starts.. kegs, kegs, and the best food around with loud music and lots of drinking games. Get dirty dirty with lots of dancing and not remembering much
Sneak my Jim Beam into the game and take pulls throughout the game.

I have four tents, 10-12 chairs, 3-4 tables, 2 cornhole games, a generator (possibly two now), TV (may get another), crock pot, 5-6 ice chests with one being the 2nd biggest yeti, big speaker with an iPod, one to two kegs for big games or 10 cases for small games with 4-5 handles of liquor and mixers.
Food: always have burgers and hot dogs but usually start with some sausage and boudin for apps. Fried fish, chili, ribs, boston butt for pulled pork, stuffed and bacon wrapped tenderloin, and much more I'm forgetting.
Playing with the idea of building a jockey box for kegs.
Me and my buddy usually take about an hour to set up everything. Then we start shooting whiskey at 7 am.

Have you ever added one single comment to any thread in the history of the world that was productive?
I say no
The worst LSU poster ever.
We are in the catored tents next to JHS usually. Big white tent, a few tables for food and drinks. One big flat screen. Nice set up for 30-50 people.
Food varies. We have had BBQ brought in. Usually have some ribs. Buffalo Chicken dip that was mentioned earlier is my favorite. Chips, dips, etc. People bring stuff as well.
My drink of choice is either Crown/diet coke or Ultra...

This is a video of our tailgate
food changes every week, but pretty much the same everywhere else. We were named Bud Light's Ultimate Tailgate in 2014

We keep ours simple. Maybe 25 years ago LSU had one of the best tailgate areas for smalltimers. They did away with that. I don't bother going anymore.

I don't tailgate. I don't get it. Seems like a lot of work to sit in uncomfortable lawn furniture and drink outside. To what end?
Pool your annual tailgating resources and get a suite. Arrive an hour before kick-off. Drink to goofiness while watching other games on TV in a climate-controlled environment.
