The sad state is that LSU fans have been beaten down to the point that they feel like they have to defend their program for no reason.
Its like at the beach last week. The only group of fans that felt the need to say anything to me while I wore my Bama gear were the Tigah fans. They all felt like they had to run their little traps about something. I didn't hear a single word from the Aubies, the UT folks, or even the State fans. But ever single L5U group had to try to come up with some reason to run that mouth.
You are due....I'll give you that.

Football season is almost here, hang in there for a little while longer and these posts will change to the ever popular

"LSU only won by 21, the program is going to hell!!!!"

You'll still be miserable but it will be a different kind of miserable.

Besides, with good QB play the sky is the limit for LSU.

Anyone could see it was over by that halftime score of 13-10. Then it really got out of hand in the 2nd half and Alabama won by a whole two touchdowns.

Bama could have named the score. But even so, a 14 point moral victory thread against your most hated opponent is hilariously sad.

That kind of domination hasn't been seen since LSU beat Alabama five straight times between 2003-2007

Bama's record during that 5 years = 33-30 (.52 winning %)
LSU's record during that 5 years = 56-10 (.85 winning %)

LSU was rolling along on solid footing while Bama was on probation and had hired a coach in May 2003.

Current 5 game winning streak:
Bama's record during this streak = 62-7 (.90 winning %)
LSU's record during this streak = 50-15 (.77 winning %)

Both programs are on solid footing. Neither has excuse of new, inexperienced coach or probation. Bama is simply a better program than LSU. Sorry not sorry.

I think that's Auburn's tag line.

That's purposefully giving someone else a chance to win every so often.

I will give Mizzou credit, there is none of this in between fairly decent stuff... y'all are either stomping a mudhole in the East or terrible.

I was just adding to the list of categories Mizzou leads.
