The only reason you got mad because of that call is because you know his feet were in bounds. You can deny it all you want, but they were in bounds.

I mean no matter how much you convince yourself, you got lucky calls that decided the game in two instances (Vadal and Pat Pete). I guess it worked out since you got bent over by Meyer again in the playoffs

Ok let's look. Shall we ????????:

Since 2007 - a span of 9 games - SEVEN of them were decided in the final minute, six of those in OT or in the final seconds.

Miles could very easily be 6-3 against saban.

2008 - We led most of the game until the 4th quarter, then had chance to score in OT until Lee's INT.

2012 - Leading 17-14 with the ball on bama 28 with 2 1/2 minutes left, all we needed was one more first down and we kneel 3 times. Instead Miles assumed Alleman was going to make the FG. When he missed, it gave Bama momentum and better field position.
Alabama had 0 first downs and 45 yards total offense in the 2nd half till Chavis decided to play prevent.

2014 - Tied at 10 and with a first and goal inside Bama 10 yard line, a bama DL decided to latch on to Vadal Alexander from the ground, and not let go (which is what y'all do after EVERY fricking tackle).
Alexander tries to pull the bama DL off of him.......................................................................................................... - and GETS CALLED FOR THE PENALTY !!!!!!!
If anything, it should have been offsetting..but this is Bama we're talking about. We settle for a FG.

Then, on bama's tying FG drive, Cooper clearly traps a pass in LSU territory (the slo mo replays and the announcers showed the ball was moving.)
Before Miles gets a chance to throw a challenge flag, the whole Alabama team SWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPS
down the field in 1 second flat to snap the ball before the challenge flag can be thrown.

That's 3 games right there LSU gave away or the officials gave to y'all.

And on top of all that, the refs and the cheating and the home grown head of officials, the home grown head of scheduling, the home grown replay official in the SECCG, the SEC office homers, etc, we ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLSOOOOOOOOOOOO have to put with the most smug, arrogant, assholish group of Skoal Drool pieces of skunk feces on the planet.

Sickening. Why couldn't ala-shame-a have been Atlantis ???????????????????????

What a melt

And managed to throw in a Tennessee-esque moral victory. Nice

Not a melt when it's the truth.

And the corn dog thing is well overplayed. It comes from Russell Brand's bug eyed slut ex wife. Why would her judgment matter?

I'd probably do her, though...

How i felt reading this post:
quote:

Personal note: This was the last game my father and I would watch. We got to enjoy this shootout together from his hospital room. He passed just 3 days later.

Read this, felt bad for you. Judging by this statement, thought this post would go in a different direction (Humble victory, recognition of a series of great games between two giants, perhaps? Maybe OP looks on these games as reminders of his dad, and looks forward to the rivalry and respects his opponents?).
quote:

Despite having the more capable offense and outgaining LSU for the game 295 to 239

Less than 60 yards difference, aka one average drive leading to a field goal. Less than impressed by intelligence of said OP. Moving on
quote:

LSU: Mulligan Game

Stopped feeling bad for OP's statement about his dad

I agree with this. OP does not have enough respect for his own coach to call him Coach Saban or has to use Leslie instead of Les or Coach Miles. Probably going to cry that you called him a cocksucker and I agreed and beg to have our posts smashed.

I still get sick over 2012 and 2014. Went to both games, watched two leads vanish against last-minute drives. The myth of tDecline would not be so had we held on to both games.

The 2013 game, as I recall, was fairly close for most of the game. It blew open in the 4th. LSU got in its own way that night.

Game turned midway through the 3rd when Bama ran the fake punt. It was pretty close until then, and tied at 17 at the time. A few plays later, Yeldon went in for the score, and we added 2 more in the 4th quarter, while the LSU offense couldn't do a thing.

Posting about Bama v. UT since 2007 would probably be looked at as a pure flame.

Nick Saban's worst team gave LSU all they could handle, true. But you failed to mention that Les Miles worst team took the undefeated #1 ranked Tide into overtime as well.

True, but why was Saban's worst team his first team, but the worst team for Miles his fourth?

quote:

2008 - We led most of the game until the 4th quarter, then had chance to score in OT until Lee's INT.

False. Bama tied the game 14-14 with 4:33 left in the second quarter and never trailed again.

First, it was Christion Jones. He caught the ball and Bama ran to the line to spike the ball because they were out of timeouts, like any team in that situation. CBS didn't show a replay until after the spike. Gary asked if he caught it, but you couldn't tell from the angle. He then said "Doesn't matter because the next play was snapped, it was over." Didn't show it again.

quote:

Before Miles gets a chance to throw a challenge flag,

Have you ever watched a college game? That's the NFL. In college you call a timeout to challenge.

quote:

Not necessarily. Bama was undefeated at that point. A loss to LSU might cause them to come out focused for A&M and not trail 20-0 after one quarter.

Saban 6

Les 4

Lsu will be favored next year in BR

Saban 6
Les 5

Saban will be gone - so Bama wins

LSU would have won the West, and won the SEC title, and the National Title.
