It would not be that bad of a loss at all. They would have beaten Auburn for starters. Plus there shouldn't be any doubt that LSU is just better this year. You'd have a year where you won 11 games, beat Auburn, played for a NC and only lost to 1 team. If Alabama loses to LSU in the NC ill have no problem saying nice try guys, LSU was just too damn good.

OSU (if they win) deserves their shot at humiliation. Bama already had theirs in a home game and were found wanting.

I am sick of this shite. I WANT a rematch because I know we will win......again.
Saban sucks in bowls compared to Les. He has a history of choking in big games.
Also we get to whip that Tide arse next year and Saban is then 0-4 against Les in 3 years.
ROFL
PS I would never trade coaches.

split championship!
Yet these idiot Alabama fans would still proudly go around parading a national championship. These pathetic assholes would eat shite if it gave them a national championship.

I live 2 1/2 hours from Tallahassee, and if you ask any Noles fan around me what they thought their most painful loss was, most of them would say the 96' Sugar Bowl rematch against us, after we waxed them 52-20.
Thing is, FSU WON in that first game, while Bama lost to LSU, and that was also a 3 point margin. UF left no doubt in the Sugar Bowl that year, who was the better team.
I don't see Bama beating LSU in a rematch though. This LSU team (for me personally) is the most dominant team I've ever seen, and I've seen the 96, 06, and 08 UF teams. UF never had a defense quite like that (although 08 was damn good too).
I'd love to see 08 UF vs this LSU team. THAT would be a classic.

OP is full....of...shite.
Fact: Bama has a lot more to lose in the BCSNCG than LSU does. Miles would have made Saban quit like Saban made Meyer quit.

The only downfall of playing bama again is that if they win split championship is the only way to go. With that said i want to play bama again, very badly.

Do LSU fans claim their 2007 split BCSNC?
