No one is running.

In reality, it doesn't matter what you say # 3 is the truth, and you have no real answer for it.

Equals in expectations, not on the field or in potential.

We have proven we can compete over 20 years. Y'all have shite the bed. And I didn't see big checks roll in and I didn't hear rave reviews of CoMo by SEC fans. Y'all haven't proven shite and in fact confirmed everyone's preconceptions

Our state has half as many people as MO yet our stadiums are similar sizes. Your campus is even centrally located in the state and ours is far flung in the corner. The only thing that allows this equality is we have more passionate fans. Do you disagree?

I disagree. We joined the SEC to compete against the best. Same reason we played Michigan and Syracuse in basketball. If you have a good team at Arkansas, that team can compete with anybody.

Give us 20 years in the SEC. Your point is invalid. The Big 12 was not distributing equally. While we were winning games in all sports UT and OU were gaining the spoils. If your school was in the same situation, well, you'd be like us.

However, you've been there 20 years, lose to us and its basically all for naught. Especially after your dumpster fire of a football season.

Lets be honest here for a minute as well, this rivalry is a message board only rivalry at this point. Things will start to change after the two schools start playing some games against each other. It will take time, years and years maybe but it could turn into something special down the road. I suspect it will take a half generation to fully come to fruition but it could be a good one once it matures. It wont ever be on the level of the "great" rivalries in college sports but it can turn into a very good regional and SEC rivalry which, all rhetoric aside, would be good and benefit both schools.

False. We were in the same situation. Do you think the SWC was an especially fair conference? Yet we are nothing like you. We competed for SWC and national titles in that conference. Y'all did nothing in the Big 6/8/10/12/10/12 of note

And you left because of Texas, just like we did.

We did things in the big 6/8/12.

Just not in the 80's or 90's. I won't run from that. But at the same time, guess what? No one gives a rats arse about the 80's or 90's.

Your school is no different than Missouri's. just face it, and accept that a rivalry is in our best interests.

It may be in our best interests. But your assertion that we are afraid is patently false and you even know it. Let me tell you: there are a helluva lot of Arkansas fans that think like me. That you are our inferior. Until that changes, there will be no rivalry. And I don't see it changing. End of analysis, if you want more I bill out at $175/hr. Contact me

Did you ever answer my question about the potential to become bottom feeders?

I honestly don't understand why a rivalry is in our best interest. We already have a rivalry with a school from a state full of ingrates. A rivalry that has developed over a century of history and a civil war. I've got plenty of hate in my sports fanaticism, but there is a place for me to put it.

Every part of Missouri I've been to is embarrassed of, and makes jokes about the loser meth addict scumbags from the southern part of our own state, I sure as shite don't want to open my life up to having to manufacture hate for a team from a state that is filled with a bunch of people even worse than the worst part of our own state.

Let them pretend like LSU is their rival and try to rekindle a Southwest Clique with aTm. Both those schools know their best option is to kick Arkansas to the side and hate on each other, which will happen.

Arky will be left as they are now, trying to troll every other fanbase to make up for the fact that they have a lot of sport passion and hate that has nowhere to go because they do not have, nor will they ever have, a rival.

There's so many Arky fans who are scared to death deep down inside that CMA is a fraud and Mizzou is going to own them for the foreseeable future that they pollute every Mizzou basketball thread with talk of things that happened 20 years ago. Fact.

Deep down fear motivates your haughtiness. Not an actual rational thought process.

Did you read my original response? We don't have a rival now and aren't shopping

Honestly missed it. Link me. I'll get it.

Trust me, there are very few of the big money men at Missouri that want to see Hogs as a rival as well. Their money lies in Kansas City, and a forgotten rivalry with Kansas costs them money.

Lets be honest, a thread on the Internet does not a rivalry make. However, you've been trying to finger bang us for months. I guess you figured out that Mary Jane Rotten Crotch LSU would never give it up.

You're whole fricking fanbase is delusional.

Congrats on your paltry 87-87 SEC Record. Consider my socks blown the frick off.

I don't start shite with Missouri to start a football rivalry. I do it because its fun for me

REPOST: Y'all had high expectations for this fb season and for the SEC move as a game changer. Tickets were sold and checks were written. Then the season happened, and now is a critical junction for MU. Donors can say "we'll never compete" and bail or give more than ever. Since it is completely out of your control, are you scared that Missouri is in over its head now? Are you at all afraid of becoming a cellar dweller football school in the SEC?

Same as yours this year as well as in 1996, 1997, and 2005.

Using pig logic, I think that makes Arkansas four times worse than Mizzou.
