They do, they just want it to continue to degrade until it's too late for the next guy to quickly fix it

Right now LSU has the #1 ranked recruiting class. It's really unbelievable considering he may probably lose his job, or "retire". The program is in great shape right now.

I love the guy and am immensely grateful for what he did.

But look at the team right now man.

If you can't see something is wrong I don't know what to say.

We NEVER have a QB.

We hired a TERRIBLE DC.

We can't get a play in after a timeout.

Just because he has been great doesn't mean he gets a permanent contract for life.

Some are saying he needs to hire a new OC with a different philosophy.

That will NEVER happen, the guy is stubborn as all hell, he is going to play football his way or the highway.

Sometimes its just time to move on, and I think this may be the case.

Im not arguing with what you are saying. I watched the entire game and for the life of me can't figure out why you would try trick shite on the 1yd line with a first down and LF in the backfield. I think LSU stresses too much over the Bama game and maybe that is because of Saban, I don't know. We get beat almost every year and seem to find a way to bounce back and LSU doesn't for some reason. All i am saying is that to handle the situation with class thats all.

Its not that, its the fact that Bama matches up perfectly against our scheme and we refuse to try anything different. Hell Arkansas did the same thing to us ... two years in a row.

A coach can bring in a new OC and change schemes. I think LSU is a good OC away from being a NC contender every year.

I remember that one time BamaScoop said Les Miles was a better coach than Bear Bryant. True Story.
