If he wins a BCS NCG I think that clause becomes relevant.
Coaching salaries are shooting up obviously - which on the balance is not all that smart for at least 90% of football schools. Suddenly guys like Freesus and Mullin are making millions for 6 and 7 win seasons. There are a few difference making coaches but there are a lot of middling coaches getting paid.
