Nicer than the stadium the San Diego Chargers will be playing in this year.

Watch Friday Night Lights the tv series and you'll know. These peoples lives revolve around high school football.

The independent School District model.

No state income tax has given these cities the ability to raise taxes to pay for things like this. I think four high schools will call this place home, hence the generic school district logo at midfield.

That entire series (minus season 2) is great TV!

Allen's is a few years old and ~10 M cheaper (before the rework) but I think I like their look better.

Yea pretty ridiculous. Woodforest Stadium in the The Woodlands only cost 21 mil to build and after so many years they are renovating it for a 1 mil which is mostly turf renovations as well as some speakers and supports. Over 3x that is ridiculous. Even if Katy is the best program in Houston.
