Last night's victory clinched it for Stanford, so Texas' dreams of a three-peat are officially gone.

Still a good athletic season for Texas all things considered. Good luck to the teams still playing baseball

ETA: lol didn’t think this post would upset so many people

The league continues to improve across the board, even without Texas and Oklahoma added in. Used to have 2-3 schools in the sub-75 range almost every year. Now that never happens.

Wouldn't have guessed Georgia would be top 5. Nicely done UGA.

They're gonna drop quite a bit when baseball is factored in - Virginia, Florida, Tennessee will all 3 get big baseball points.

But yea, Georgia is good at lots of secondary sports and always has been (golf, tennis, swimming, t&f, softball).

ETA
In all honesty, I was wondering how much baseball would affect the rankings.

For the teams that made the CWS.

If you go 0-2 you are tied for 7th and get 73 points
If you go 1-2 you are tied for 5th and get 78 points
If you make the final 4 you are tied for 3rd and get 83 points
2nd place 90 points
1st place 100 points

Those will all be pure points for SEC teams I am pretty sure because I don't think anyone has scored in 19 sports. I know UF has only scored in 15.

Super regional teams that were eliminated all finish 9th and get 64 points.

don't forget the best part...saved us another embarrassing performance in the cws thanks to Pierce. I guess we're reduced to just being happy to get there or get close. Only reason I can think of as the reason that this hack is still our coach.

Glad to know you base Arkansas’ success off of LSU. Woof lmao

If LSU wins it all I wonder where that moves us
