Hey, even if you beat florida on saturday you will still only have 1 win over a ranked opponent. Bama has a win over a top 10 and a top 25. How's that for easy schedule ?

your lobotomy didn't work. the op was not talking about the schedule to date. there are 12 games in a season. so you and bama have played each other. now, you have one power left on your 2013 schedule. that makes a total of two for the 2013 football season. is it clear enough now or are you gonna throw up some more bull shite stats as a red herring and think we're gonna be so impressed we'll agree with your fallacious arguement.

Leaderboard for teams playing Charmin-Soft schedules... Posted by tiger4178 on 10/8 at 8:29 pm The single most factor that pisses me off to no end is SOS amongst college football's contenders. The following is a list of the worst offenders imo... 1. Louisville...they play nobody, every week. It's a travesty to the teams ranked behind them in the polls. Pathetic. Undefeated Tulane team of years back comes to mind with these guys. 2. Oregon...Somebody needs to tell these NW clowns running up the score against scrubs is just not that spectacular. These idiots would counter with 'but we do it fast'...get the frick out of here with that shite...Boise and tSEC have put you quackers in your place numerous times...blah... 3. Ohio St...These Urban Meyer led clowns are barely surviving an incredibly weak schedule, hell now that they've fought thru Wisky and Northwestern, they are on cruise control until fricking Michigan? The very idea of facing a SEC team might make Meyer relapse into his post-Tebow mental breakdown mode.... 4. Alabama/Texas A&M...Joined at the hip by their equally pathetic schedules, these two are riding out the season with each having only LSU remaining as a viable opponent. Maybe Auburn can give these two featherweights a boost schedule-wise but we'll see. If I missed any heavyweights playing featherweight schedules, please feel free to add on.... Louisville is #1 on the list, but it's Ohio State who is clearly on their heels. By the end of the season OSU would have played at most 3 top 25 teams...none of which will be in the top 10.

Can't agree with you on Oregon. The schedule UT and UVa who are at least BCS level teams. Stanford, UCLa, Washington are way better than anything the big ten has to offer.

As for Bama, yeah it sucks that their regular season schedule really boils down to two games thanks to Mark Womack. It's criminal that the schedule has been custom made to favor Bama the last two seasons.

SEC West opponents (common opponents):

Auburn - CPU average 19 (LSU already played)

Ole Miss - CPU average 32.33 (Alabama already played)

Arkansas - CPU average 63 (A&M already played)

Mississippi State - CPU average 65.33 (LSU already played)

East opponents:

Alabama - Tennessee (47) and Kentucky (93)
A&M - Missouri (12) and Vanderbilt (69.67)
LSU - Georgia (6) and Florida (19.33)

Also, of the three schools remaining nonconference opponents, A&M plays UTEP (118) and the other two play FCS schools.

If Missouri beats Georgia, LSU's east SOS argument goes out the window.

Didn't quite think this through, did you?

Alabama fan.

Arrogant and either in denial or knows better but lies to cover it up.

Who can't argue that Alabama grad Mark Womack knowing approved schedule changes less than a year in advance that gave his beloved Crimson Tide an unfair advantage and put their biggest rival at a disadvantage....so they just call names.

Ain't no odds to it. Just a typical Bama fan.

So you want to tell me how Bama beat the Byzantine empire to win the national championship in 600?

Really, I'd love just one Bama fan to have the integrity to stand up and say that the schedule changes were overwhelming in favor of alabama and a huge factor in their winning of the SEC last year. And even if it was "randomly" made by a computer, any ethical human being should have stopped it, especially one in charge with connections to the school it favored.

I'd enjoy a LSU fan standing up and pointing out just how stupid you are for believing in these conspiracy theories.

Holy shite. Is it some type of TD requirement that LSU posters must come to tRant to bitch about schedules?

I agree, Alabama's 2012 schedule ending up being much easier than we thought it would be. Prior to the start of the season, the schedule was considered fairly difficult. No one knew Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas and Auburn were going to be as bad as thy were. Not sure what else I can tell ya bro.

Is Georgia and Fla not > Tenn, KY,Missouri, and Vandy? I'm confused? Also, it should be noted that when teams play tough schedules they get beat up, UGA today is not UGA of a few weeks ago

your spin is full of shite. i don't have to think anything out; y'all don't play georgia, south carolina or florida from the east. your schedule is a joke for an sec team. playing utep and stephan f. you have 2 ranked teams on your schedule and you have already lost to one. don't try to impress me that playing missouri and vanderbuilt are the same as playing florida and georgia. and if miz beats georgia, which it won't, lsu's east sos argument doesn't go anywhere. your spin is out of control and so obvious that your cred is shot. i will admit that miz and vandy are tougher than ut and kentucky but to say they are tougher than florida and georgia is outrageous.
