His dad was a GT player. I believe his recruitment came down to AU and GT. Best of luck to him in the NFL! He was great for AU.

He's good at getting to the QB, but he really needs to work on actually tackling the QB. 
Really good player, great work ethic and character from everything I've seen. Best of luck to Lawson.

If he can stay Healthy he will be a great NFL player for someone.

Hate to see him go, but agree that this was the year. Why risk coming back and getting hurt again and screwing up his draft stock.
It was fun watching him play, especially on that 2013 team, and from everything I've read and heard, he is a good kid as well.

During recruiting, he stuck with Auburn no matter what. I've always respected him for that. I hope he has a long career in the NFL

I talked to his godfather or uncle at ADay after he signed with us and didn't have a clue it was them. They asked me what I thought of him and I told them I had a lot of respect in the way he handled his recruitment. He stayed with Auburn and gave them a fair chance after Chiz was let go and we were hiring a new coach. He was all grins and told me he was a great kid and told me who he was.
Lawson had good people around him that helped him during the process and he handled it very well. He has really handled himself well at Auburn through the injuries too and I wish this guy the best.
