No way this happens.
Michigan football is in a desperate situation similar to Alabama pre Saban. They better take their time and get the next hire right. They better forget this "Michigan Man" obsession the way Alabama let it go in hiring Saban.

The Michigan students, as we speak, are marching on the AD's house demanding immediate action. Trouble in Ann Arbor.

Would be the second Alabama OC to bolt for UM

Nuss didn't bolt to Michigan, he was told to find work elsewhere. And I don't think anybody expects Kiffin to be at Alabama after this year, at most after next year, if he continues producing the results he has thus far this season. I can't believe Michigan would take that risk on him though.

Yeah, I think people need to pump the brakes on the Kiffin stuff. He's obviously an upgrade, but let's face a few legit defenses first.

That would be a bonehead move. I wouldn't hire him to run the ship at UAB.
He has to rebuild the name that he personally shat all over before anyone, short of sheer desperation, hires him as HC.

Any FBS AD considering him for anything greater than an OC is foolish.
