In my opinion yes. Year 3, you have to start showing that you can coach. Recruiting isn't enough.
The FL game this year was shite show. That absolutely cannot happen again.
But maybe my expectations are too high. I dunno.

No question, anything less than 8 regular season wins will merit extremely harsh criticism.
