10-2, maybe SEC East Champs, some decent wins. Pretty good 2nd year for Kirby
This I will take

I've said this in several threads, but there's almost no way that UGA doesn't win the East this year. Schedule is cake, everyone else is down, and the only tough road game is at Auburn.

12-2 losses to Auburn and Alabama

well, Ole Miss rolled off the UGA schedule, so there's that.
That sucks because we have beaten y'all, what, 10 out of the last 11?

Laughing at the guy from Moo U talking smack.
Have they ever beaten a team from Georgia? GT smacks them around every time we play them.

It's possible that they have a really good year but it's also possible that they go 7-6 . they have a 50:50 chance of winning the east at best .

Many salty pricks will come here to say that UGA sucks because they can't deal with the fact that we could be great.
The only salty guy or girl in this thread is you.

Agree this could happen, but not sure you all can win 12.

Maybe. Gonna have to lean on the defense and running game til at least mid year while the OL gets more settled. We will push folks around running it though even early on.

Knoxville is just under a million metro - I actually thought y'all were a solid 3rd & maybe even 2nd

Agree. Kirby just isnt Saban, Meyer or really anyone you reference. I know that you as an Alabama fan would love to see a Saban guy be great but its not there yet. Not saying he isnt it but you have literally no basis for saying this. Kirbys defense at UGA was worse than Pruitts last D witn some really great players. And his hiring of Chaney looks boneheaded AF right now. Chaney is as retarded as advertised by ARK fans.
Meyer proved himself at lower division programs same as Tressell and to an extent McElwain who has done a nice job at UF. Kirby has no such experience. Never a HC anywhere. He is more like Muschamp. Great DC who made a big jump to big time football only to kinda fall flat his first time around and is still trying to recover.
And I agree also to the posters who said until UGA gets an Oline their skill players on offense dont mean shite. And true freshmen starting on a line aint the way to get there. UGA is a year or 2 away. Just my opinion.

You make some good points up until you say he fell flat on his face. That is absolutely untrue. He went 8-5 with a freshman qb and terrible offensive line. There were blunders, but there were also some good wins in there too. Falling flat would be not making a bowl, hardly.

You lost to tech, ut, Florida, and Vanderbilt. You beat 8-5 auburn. What were the other good wins you are taking about?
And that freshman qb you mentioned is a sophomore now. And that terrible o line lost 3 starters.
