No, it isn't. The USA Today story says that too.
If Houston falls through, he's also supposedly on the short list for the USF job.
I know y'all want him for your OC (and I don't blame you), but right now I'd say the odds are 90% or better he'll be a head coach somewhere in 2017.

Now there are two SEC programs looking for an OC: Alabama & LSU.
One school has a Head Coach with multiple national championships and a track record of getting coordinators major Head Coaching jobs.
The other school has a DL coach who speaks in unintelligible gibberish and has a binder.
I wonder who potential coordinators might prefer.....

Well when they thought they were just bringing Bebe in for the courtesy interview he pops in there with a plan. That plan wasn't some rough ideas doodled on chimes napkins they were formalized in a binder. A glorious binder that is the blueprint for how Bebe is going to dominate college football. Now it has been rumored that the last few page has a highlander style battle scene with Saban, but that isn't confirmed.
