no they're quite general. Bama fans mocking kiffin.

No links needed. Bama fans mocked him. We all mocked him. He is a terrible human being, and I have an unnatural hate reserved for him and his 'edgy' style of coaching. Such a douche. Like I said, this is the first time I am very thankful assistants aren't allowed to speak with the media. All of the above said, this may be a good hire if he is muzzled and kept on a short leash, but I don't support it.

How can you prove that? Nuss was still the OC.

Saban was asked about meeting with Lane and insinuated it was nothing more than consulting much like what he had done with Bob Stoops in the past. Then he hires him as OC a couple of weeks later.

I know you understood that and didn't need an explanation, so just get on with whatever point you want to make.

Well now for some reason you are expounding on his words to create the appearance of a lie when the words themselves evidence no lie at all. Got it.

Must be when Saban plans on replacing Strong in Austin.

Hate the guy, think he's sucked everywhere he's been, and he's just a loose cannon, breaks NCAA rules, runs his mouth, just an all around bad egg.

If Saban trusts him, well, we'll see. I'm guessing his leash will be quite short.

As soon as Lane Kiffin was reportedly in Tuscaloosa sharing ideas about offense with Saban, I figured there was a little more to it than that.

What's shocking is trying to compare the Clawfense aka the worst ever to Kiffin just to attempt to make Kiffin look good. And while doing so ignoring the fact Chaney was there with Kiffin and here when Kiffin left. Chaney's offense was better by miles yet not dissimilar enough to even believe Kiffin called much of anything.

Chaney had one year better than Kiffin, his third and final season. Kiffin's offense was infinitely better than what we trotted out in 10 and 11. Kiffin's only year as a coach was our best season offensively since 2001.

He also did it with two walk-ons starting on the offensive line, and Jon Crompton at Quarterback.
