This will be a tight game, but Kentucky is a much more favorable matchup for LSU. Still going to be tough.

Eh, not really. There will be no postseason for LSU (beyond some crappy bowl). I think LSU's primary motivation is to keep improving. That's it.

How confident are LSU fans on winning this game. What is the score?

Not sure what to make of the cats and little Stoops.

Could be a good game.

We could get our swag back and roll em.

Can't tell.

About on par with us. Less talent, but they are playing hard for their new coach. They scrapped together a one-score win against USCe and almost did against UF.

Decent, but not as good as the last three teams we've faced.

Based on a squeaker against UF?

Somebody is upset that Bama isn't improving.

The key for Kentucky will be run defense. If they play well, we can win, if we get run all over, we will lose.

Please dont come back with how awesome LF is.

If LSU wins, it will be because LF is awesome. If KY wins, it will be because Towles may be a 1st Rd pick one day.

LSU's squad of running backs will keep UK on the field and eventually wear them down. If I had to bet I would take Kentucky +10 though, I have no idea what to expect out of this years LSU team

I think LSU wins big, but not for the reasons others have pointed out.

Kentucky +10 looks like a slam dunk winner.... Good enough that even I jumped on it. It seems everyone I've spoken with is all over UK and the points as well....just about everytime I've ever seen the herd this unanimous in a bet, it usually goes the other way and we're all left scratching our heads.

The moral of this thread is if we can slow down their running game. If we can, I like our chances, if we can't, we're fricked.

Our run D has been gashed on a few games.

USC was much more of a pass threat than LSU will be. I think planning for LSU's offense isn't going to be near as complicated. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I think we will either hold LSU to their lowest rushing total of the year, or they'll put up more rushing yards on us than any other game they play this season.

Im sure will be using Towles in alot of QB's draws and options because LSU has had alot of trouble with dual threat QB's.

We can put up points quick, but LSU keeps itself in alot of games by not changing their offensive gameplan even when they get down 2-3 touchdowns.

Still, UK wins.
