So idk shite about basketball anymore but I know this is similar to an RPI like ranking, does this mean they think it's likely we actually make the tourney? Bc that would be a surprising turn of events

Like I would pick LSU 14th but that doesn't mean I'm guaranteeing that they'll finish last. I'm just not sure who'll they'll finish ahead of.
