at all the LSU fans not astute enough to grasp the fact that ANY team LSU would have played in the BCSCG would technically have been given a "mulligan", since every other team in the country had a "previous shot that had been poorly played".

You don't understand what a mulligan is. It's cool

You can't really be this dumb. A mulligan is essentially a redo. The only teams that would qualify for a mulligan would have to have lost to LSU during the same season.

It really isn't that complicated

LSU fans continue to demonstrate their utter stupidity on this issue. A golfer can take a mulligan due to a slice, a hook, a wormburner, or a multitude of other reasons. The notion that the loss had to be to LSU is beyond stupidity. Oklahoma State lost to one of the worst teams in all of college football...yet THAT wouldn't have been a mulligan? Please tell us you have more brain cells than that.

We all understand perfectly what a mulligan is. You guys are the ones who have difficulty grasping the fact that OSU would have been given a "mullligan" for shitting the bed against one of the worst teams in college football.

It's funny you're saying this considering you continue to demonstrate that you have no clue how a mulligan correlates in this analogy.

Once again, it could only be a mulligan if they were given the opportunity to play the same team they lost to. In golf, you have to take your mulligan from the SAME EXACT SPOT. Are you beginning to grasp it yet?

Some appear to, you however do not.

OSU didn't lose to LSU, so it would not have been a mulligan.

a mulligan is another attempt at the same shot (or same team in this scenario). it isn't simply disregarding a loss (or taking away a bad shot, if you will). in golf, you don't hit a bad shot, take a mulligan, then hit your ball from a different spot on the course. with your statement, you're basically insinuating that any time a team loses a game and still gets to play in a title game, they received a mulligan. with alabama playing lsu for the second time, it essentially gave alabama a "redo" on the same shot they had in november.

but at the end of the day, it happened, i've moved on. i wish everyone else would too. alabama fans will continue to frick with lsu fans about it as long as they get defensive. so, basically forever

in hindsight they should have waited one more week and had a 3rd game as a tie breaker.
