To people who just look at the situation on the surface the timing seems fishy. Al obviously doesn't follow LSU and is talking on a subject without all the relevant facts. It happens.

I also heard the guys on jox admit they knew nothing about drug testing and the difference between synthetic and the real stuff.
They were under the assumption that if the pissed hot it showed up as real THC, they didn't realize that LSU was testing for synthetics also.
So they are def speaking on subjects they aren't fimilar with at all. IMO, they are pretty fair in their evaluation of the SEC as a whole, of course Al has his O&B glasses on at times, as does Jay, but for the most part they are objective.
