hes gonna get 320 carries so it would be pretty disappointing if he didn't.

The question is will Jovon go over 1,500....ROC go over 1,000....Barber go over 500 and JJ throw for 3,000

I think they'll run it less than in '13, but the RBS position will get more yardage. Doubt JJ runs it as much as Marshall from the QB position, but the pass attempts go up. With Duke on the outside, AU's offense is going to be tough.

I think Roc is challenging him pretty hard right now, so I am not sure he will be the primary running back until maybe the third or fourth game.

Just looked and saw Jovon as at Auburn before going Juco and coming back. Can anyone shed a little light as to why?

Going to go with false on those all happening together.

In the past two years Auburn has rushed for almost 8000 yards. It's not impossible

Didn't say it was impossible. But if we are answering T/F I'm going F because I think it is more likely not to happen. Auburn will put up a lot of yards no doubt.

Gus is definitely a run first kind of coach, but this is an offensive set up that he has never had at Auburn. No one's really sure what it will look like on the field. I hope the weather cooperates Saturday so I can get some idea of how the #1 and #2 QB's will be used. White(#2) is purely a pocket guy, #3(Queen) a bulldozer from what I understand. All of this of course is just my opinion

My guess is Gus is going to run it maybe more this year than he even did in 2013. Am I wrong, Auburn fans?

The only way we run it more is if our offense is just constantly on the field. There's no way with Jeremy Johnson at QB that we have games like we did against Ark and Tenn in 2013, when we threw the ball a total of 9 times and 7 times, respectively.

We'll still be run first and probably run upwards of 60% of the time, but I just don't think there's any way that we run the ball as much as we did in 2013. We ran the ball just under 72% of the time in 2013 for 6.3 YPC.

That said, I do think our OL, as long as they all stay healthy, has the potential to be better than the 2013 OL, who were a big part in that running success, so it's possible that we match or beat our YPC from 2013.

Auburns offense should be very dangerous this season.

I think that JJ>Duke is going to break some school records.

if Auburn can finally play SEC defense...... I think such numbers is a real possibility. This combined with Auburn Fast could be fun to watch.

If he's the clear #1 then easily yes. If he's splitting carries with 2 guys plus the QB, plus an actual passing game, then probably not.

True

Jovon hits 1,500
Jeremy and Roc get around 800

Duke has obscene receiving numbers, not sure I want to take a shot at those, though

Yes, you are wrong, IMO.

Auburn ran the ball 729 times in 2013. For comparison, Auburn ran the ball 607 times in 2014, and 652 times in 2010.

I do think Jovon Robinson gets over 1,000 yards, and I also think Racean Thomas gets 1,000 yards or close to it. Auburn doesn't have a running quarterback comparable to the talents of Cam Newton and Nick Marshall, so the ball will be more spread within the running backs.
