I had also reviewed and clarified the details of [the woman’s] own testimony with her to the point of confirming that she did not at any point articulate any crime being committed against her (she never directly told him to stop, took any action to try to stop any given action, or articulated force used.),” Schmidt also wrote.

Is the fact he’s bringing these out of control incidents to light more embarrassing than the fact UGA has worked so hard to pretend they didn’t happen?

A mentally ill whore used social media communications to seduce a 16 year old boy and then called the cops on him because he wasn't reciprocal in text messages the next day when he was on his tour of the campus. Cops dismissed the whore pretty quick. AJC writer makes a headline about it. You are still following this bullshite. It's all been debunked. That's embarrassing for you.

You left out Peyton's balls pressed against an innocent young girl's nose while she shrieked in horror.
Call it even.

Woman says this about our incident:
The woman confirmed the prior account of her wig getting out of place during the incident in question, but purportedly told Schmidt in that interview and subsequent ones no force was used against her by Jarrett at any point.

Woman says this about the incident at Tennessee:
At the core of the dispute is what happened inside a Tennessee athletic training room on Feb. 29, 1996, when the 27-year-old trainer examined the foot of the 19-year-old star quarterback. Naughright’s version: Manning pulled down his shorts and placed his naked buttocks and genitals on her face.

Which school covers stuff up and which allows the police report tell the story?

The woman claimed that everything was consensual until Jarrett pulled out his phone and began to record her performing oral sex. At that point, she told police that she said she wanted to stop, but Jarrett grabbed her by the head and forced her to keep going. Text messages between the two the next day reveal the woman told Jarrett she didn’t feel comfortable with the videos and asked him to delete them.

Everyone read the part in bold correct? This isn’t a figment of someone’s imagination, this isn’t antiUGA, this is what she reported to police.

Did you read the follow up? You know, where she said she was never forced to do anything? Come on dude. You are too smart to troll all the time.
Here. Let me help you out since you keep skimming past it:

"...no force was used against her by Jarrett at any point." Pulled the pertinent part out so you wouldn't miss it. Now. About Manning....

As I said before...I am comparing one school (Georgia) letting the police handle a police matter and another school that has actively covered up sexual assaults at their school. (Tennessee)

Where do you stand on Manning? Hero? Or Sexual predator?

In her head? Apparently she forget to articulate that to the 16 year old she hunted down.

Judd’s misleading interpretation is just as worthless as yours. Judd ignored the clarification by her of her own testimony, and the dumbest of dumbs spooned it into their small brains.

When the Titanic left Belfast, Northern Ireland, it was fine. I guess you could stop reading the story there, too.
Or...you could find out what happened after that.

According to the woman who reported it, Peyton Manning, in an unwanted act, pressed his butt and genitals against her face. That's not a jolly old mooning. That's sexual assault.
That's according to the accuser. Sexual assault. And if the accuser says it happened, then that's the way it happened. Subsequent statements are irrelevant. It's only the inital report that counts.
Right?

The damn story was about a 16 year old….recruit with charges dropped. That was their gotcha. The girl 21 that hit him up in the first place.

When and what charges were taken? A complaint was filed…police conducted an investigation…I have not seen anything in the ACTUAL real reporting where ANY charges WERE TAKEN. Am I missing something?

This wasn’t a he said she said. There were witnesses to the mooning.

You are trying way too hard to justify why your school took a guy. Oh and isn’t he the same dude that had a racist (anti Asian) tirade leaked not long after the criminal complaint? Seems like he will fit in well at UGA. Maybe him and Rara can exchange underage sex tapes.

Woman who according to you claimed an adolescent forced her to perform fellatio.

After the adolescent left her room, she texted the adolescent first the next morning to say "Good morning".

When he said "morning" back, she claimed he was being short with her and asked why he was mad. He said he wasn't mad.

Again I ask you to make sense of that conversation if what you said happened actually occurred.

This kid and this woman both made mistakes, but it was determined that nothing illegal happened. His story matched up perfectly with the evidence that was found.

This guy has never liked Kirby. And as this guy who covers Clemson points out in this Tweet, it's perfectly reasonable to ask if this "investigative reporter" has a good bit of bias going on here.

Is it not reasonable to ask if there was bias in the investigation when the investigator “ According to the AJC, it was a “remarkably friendly interrogation.” And the detective investigating the sexual assault allegation even mentioned “my beloved Bulldogs.” That must have been comforting for Jarrett.”…

Can you atleast acknowledge that that looks bad? That after talking to UGAs fixer and investigators that the young woman decided that erasing the tape was enough for her and just moved on? That UGA prioritized a recruit (that later: Jarrett appeared to direct the comments at Shane Gifford, an Asian American boy from Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas City. Gifford was at the draft to announce the Atlanta Falcons’ first round pick, with which they selected former Texas running back Bijan Robinson. Jarrett seemed to be rooting for the Falcons to draft former Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter.

“Jalen Carter. Jalen Carter,” Jarrett said. “Come on, you Asian. Ching chong!”) over common sense.

You do you.

We have played for the championship 3 out of the last 6 years and won 2 of them.
It's good that you know your place in college football. 1 in 5 years is slightly better than Mark Richt years at UGA (2002, 2007, 2012).

every morning you wake up you should be thanking florida and tennessee's athletic departments for allowing you barking homos to rise.

We broke those teams.
When a great team appears, it demolishes the bad ones. Tennessee is on their third head coach since Kirby.
Same for Florida.

They are just playing for 2nd best in the East and seeing how long before they pay the next buyout.

Brother, I'm sure your posts are somewhere. You are the last person that needs to be bringing up racist comments against Asians.

Smokeyone, just like with your WRs that can't get in the top two rounds, but you lay them out as prime NFL material, you will look at things always with an urnge lense.

The writer said nothing, literally nothing about the reasons, credible reasons, the police gave for not arresting Jarrett.

She never said she told him to stop having sex with her.
She told him she didn't want to be recorded, but she actually held the phone for part of it.

She asked him to remove the recordings and he did.

She again, after claiming he forced her to have sex with him, called him the next morning and asked him what was wrong.

But you do you.
