Weird thing is, looks like he had them in high school, at least a right eyebrow.

Did/does he shave them?

If he shaves his eyebrows that's kinda weird.

PHoly shite that dude is a stick. Does he weigh like 140?

He's not really that small. 6'3 200. Bray was like 6'6 185 as a freshman.

damn, never knew what he looked like. Freaky. Sort of got that not of this world look goin on. Dobbs did look pretty composed and looks to have a good arm in his limited play time yesterday against Bama. I hear the dude is legit. Would go ahead and roll with the alien the rest of the year if I were Jones

Again, defenses have something else to plan for with him. What do they have to lose?

Worley not expected to be healthy enough to practice this week, per VolQuest.

Wasn't Dobbs responsible for UT's only TD against Bama? Seems like an upgrade to me.

Yes, but it was after the game was well in hand, so I am always reluctant to put much stock in those kinds of performances.

Again, I think he has a LOT of upside and I know the coaches recognize that, but he has a long way to go. I do think he introduces a wrinkle and it's somewhat worth it for that alone. He's a good player.

looks like his eyebrows just thinned out and disappeared

must be some fricked up version of male-patterned baldness

It won't matter. Either MU will be on and Tenn doesn't stand a chance, or we continue a good old fashion MU collapse and Tenn. will be able to do nothing wrong.

Hubbs has made two posts pretty much saying he will start.

Thanks. I really hope he does. Dobbs walked into a hostile crowd and performed like he owned the place. A true freshman who's been sharing 2nd string reps with no prior playing time doing that against Bama is impressive as hell.

@TomLuginbill: The #Vols need to go with Josh Dobbs & never look back. Build the whole offense and the future around him. They got something in that kid.

Liked what I saw of dobbs in our game. Dudes arm strength is legit. Hope he does well the rest of the season.

You realize we've played 15 freshmen this year?

how's y'alls offensive line gonna look next year? Isn't Tiny, James and ?? JR's? If they bolt for the league, is UT in decent shape? what about Neal? and that other back, they SR? I like the recruit you got in Hurd, think he has potential to be a great SEC back but of course, that will depend on the line he is running behind.

The lines won't be the same but we've gotten some good PT with other players and they're doing pretty well. Tiny is a Jr. and he may go pro this year. RB Neal is a senior but Lane isn't. We just got a 4-star DE commit today (Hendrix) who is a beast. We moved back up to #2 for 2014 on 247 with that one.

We have a LOT of recruits who are gonna be great -- Dillon Bates, Todd Kelly Jr., and many others are monsters. TK Jr. is a freaking man already and it will be hard as hell to keep him off the field. And we're getting lots of EE's.

We've also landed some top JUCOS to plug a few holes.

It's an extremely small sample size, but it came against the best defense in America. Dobbs appears to be more accurate, more mobile, and sporting a stronger arm. It's an absolute no brainer, and I'd be shocked if he doesn't start next week.

You can't crown a kid after one half of football, but he looks like a solid player.

Honestly, I was scratching my head post-game, perplexed, and wondering why it took this long for him to see playing time. I know Butch wanted him to red-shirt, but I think he gives us the best chance to win right now.
