Nah. He played as a true freshman. This was his senior year, but he still had a year of eligibility left due to the medical redshirt last year. He was a true sophomore when he got hurt.
Yeah, I just mean in the time of kids leaving early, to have a full 4 year player seems like a decade now.

I can't imagine his draft stock going up more next year than it is now; he's a speedy back and is a heckuva player and a better person from all accounts. Best of luck to the kid and hopefully he can get paid.
Running back won't be hurt that much by this, but leadership will take a big hit. I think Mizzou takes a small step back this year but I think the division is still up for grabs...

Is it just me or does it seem like Mizzou is hemorrhaging players?
It's just you. USC has lost 4 players to the draft, Mizzou has lost 2.

We lose Britt(LT) and Copeland(LG) on the line to graduation.
We lose Washington(WR) and Lucas(WR) to graduation.
Lose Franklin(QB) to graduation and now Josey(RB).
The biggest loss of all those guys, IMO, is Britt at LT. We are really deep at WR(DGB, Hunt, Sasser and White all played extensively) and RB (Murphy and Hansbrough carried about as many times as Josey) so shouldn't miss a beat there. Already saw Mauk is capable and he's going to be pushed by Printz for the starting job next year, so we're good there. I like Copeland and the story of Copeland (passed up offers to walk on at Mizzou) but we have some guys that got playing time that should be able to step in.
