That is gonna trigger some LSU fans for sure.
How so? Explain your thinking on this comment
I think what he means is that a lot of LSU posters accuse the SEC of favoring Bama, much like the Big 12 favors Texas.

And also for the almost daily post from a LSU poster about how they should move to the XII.

I assure u he is one of the few.

Do you remember when Boren and the Missouri President flew to College Station on a OU airplane, to attempt to talk Bowtie out of going to the SEC? I remember seeing pictures of the airplane setting at Easterwood Airport. Days after that meeting we accepted the invitation to the SEC.
Shortly after that Missouri did the same. Bowtie talked Missouri into going to the SEC.
Or perhaps they were begging him to take both of them.
It was like New Year's, Christmas and the 4th of July combined.
Thanks again SEC for inviting us.

Did anyone notice that this "article" started with the Big 10 starting to look for new members, Missouri showing leg (and their arse) that they wanted in the Big 10 because they wondered when Nebraska was going to blow up the Big 12 Conference because the Cornhuskers kept losing to TEXAS in the boardroom and football field?
Yeah...
Yeah...

How is that BDF working out for you?
Upset because Houston and Cincinnati turned you down?
And how is Deloss these days? Has he reorganized the nursing home?
Write when you have time.

I'm sorry that my posting of the facts that were presented in the "article" posted by the OP, General Aggie, made you spray spittle on your computer screen.
Houston and Cincinnati turned down the Big 12? I guess this will be the future line of bullshite spewed by aggies.

Out of that entire article you choose this to hang your hat on?
Some losers will never change.

I have to say OU seems like a bunch of bitches after reading this article and knowing about big game bob.

The recent B12 expansion fiasco was all because Boren thought he could either attract some old teams back or steal some other teams from existing P5s.
The old fart is that out of touch with reality. You have to be crazy to think anyone would want to join that clusterfuk except non P5s.

Since the Longhorn Network launched, you are 39-31 in football, 100-70 in basketball, and 154-125 in baseball.
That is a mediocre athletic program.

There may be a little favoritism to Alabama by the confrence but that in no way comes close to the Tejas situation. They run the xii conference! Alabama doesn't run the sec or make demands etc.
Glad to have the Aggie's in the SEC amd I always thought they would be a great fit. Honestly I wasn't so sure about Mizzou and time will tell. Ether way I am glad they are both here now.
Saying good things about Aggy made me throw up in my mouth a little! Lol

I guarantee 99.99% of LSU fans would rather go independent than join the big 12. Also, it isn't an accusation about bama....it is a fact.

Yeah...
The university didn't show it's leg.
We've got a dumbass governor with diarrhea of the mouth.

Boren knows OU only has one choice, the BDF. He is tethered to one of the despicable, greedy programs in NCAA.
He has no other choice than the BDF and is pleading for help from Mizzou, A&M, Colorado and Nebraska.
None of those four schools have any intent to be connected ever again with Texas University.
Boren's fate is sealed with Okie Light, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Purple Baylor, the couch burners, the egomaniacs and the deviates from Wacko.
I kind of feel sorry for him........naaah....never mind.

Why aren't there any real men at ut Austin? Men of character that can stand up and admit that their schools leaders lied to everyone and destroyed the big 12? Then apologize and ask for forgiveness so that the conference can move forward?
But I forget, you were texass

He's just salty that aTm is killing it right now and that the horns have been a steaming pile of shite for a while, and probably the foreseeable future.

It is their war of northern aggression (I guess the second one)
They lost and are now trying to paint everyone else as the bad guy.
They traded the Swc for their own network and Oklahoma + little 4.
the big 8 schools had no idea what they were getting into with the big 12. the swc was petty drunken family reunion.

Very interesting read.
I can't help but think the biggest mistake made in all this was forming the "Big 12" in the first place. The "Big 8" was a strong conference. Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri.... plus Kansas basketball. It was a strong league that fit together well, culturally and geographically speaking.
This is not an insult to Missouri, but Mizzou fit better in the Big 8 than they do in the SEC. Colorado fit better in the Big 8 than they do in the PAC 12. And Nebraska was a better fit for the Big 8 than it is for the Big 10. It is a shame that league decided to join hands with Texas and the old SWC in the first place.

Sincerely, thank you SEC for having Mizzou and aTm.
Mizzou and aTm WON the National Conference Realignment game.
Go to hell texass and ku. Boren is a desperate little man, and he really knows it deep down.
This GREAT article is a must read for all aTm alumni and fans.
