Johnny is guilty of failure to identify. Charges for disorderly conduct were dismissed (by a separate court, and not part of a plea deal, just dismissed). He was not charged with assault or any other charge relating to getting in a fight.
Charges for carrying a fake ID were dropped in a plea deal for pleading guilty for failure to identify. "Johnny is a racist" is false, as is "Johnny started a fight with an old black guy." Johnny tried to break up a racially charged fight, and all three involved were hauled to jail. Johnny charges related to the fight were DISMISSED, the only thing he did wrong was act like a moron and carry fake IDs and tell the cops he was someone else.
