Johnny has done a good job at lsu imo, there is only a few coaches in the sec I'd want over him.

The first qualification of a good MBB HC at an SEC school is the ability to recruit. If you cannot recruit good players, any other skill you have won't save you. Same in SEC fball.
Will Muschamp recruited at JJ's level at Florida. Coached at it, too.

No fan with any basketball knowledge envy's the fact that he's on LSU's sideline and not their own.

And yet every basketball fan in the SEC is looking up at us. Sucks to suck.

We've won 3 of 4 and have a much higher RPI AND SOS than you clowns.

And we're in year one.;-)

Victor and blakeny ain't leaving. Even if blakeny does he wouldn't be that missed with mays and Sampson stepping up. Simmons, Hornsby and Maybe TQ. As of late TQ wouldn't get drafted

I'm sure that makes you feel better to say, but you lower middle in the SEC at best. Congrats on that year one thing though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Victor went. I don't know that the crop across college basketball coming out this year is as good as other classes in the recent past.

I would not sleep on Bama. They are under the radar and with wins, they will get into the dance. I dare say, same seed as LSU.

Jones went 19-12 with two 5'8" guards and a walk on tuba player at center ;)

I agree with Belle, the upcoming draft is weak...and if any player has a chance to get invited to the combine, then I can see them staying in the draft. Next years crop is going to be plain nasty. Like I said, if you have a chance to get drafted, you better do it this year...because next year is going to be deep.

No need. it's at the top and Jones has done enough dickslapping of Anderson to prove his point. plus it's not like Arkansas is going to be that good next season, and that's after 5 years and excellent facilities

Telling you, Bama has some quality wins and they are on a roll. Don't think Bama is a pushover..I am serious, they will get in the dance if they continue with their play...I can see they get the same seed as LSU. They have some major Top 25 and 5o RPI wins.
