Arky is on the rise. Everyone can see it. That's a truth regardless of whatever SC's situation is. It's okay to admit it. It doesn't necessarily mean SC is on the decline. Those are two separate things.

Sorry you guys are declining. Don't worry, we went through it on the transition from Petrino to Bielema. It sucks at first but it feels good to be on the way up again. You guys will get back up there eventually too. I'm sure Pinkel, Richt, Jones, (insert new Florida coach), and Stoops will all move along eventually.

How do you completely ignore you play in the fricking east?

If Arkansas and sc met at a neutral field, hogs are favored.

This in just year 2 of us solving our huge dumpster fire, while you're in yesr 8 with spurrier

We hold a 13-9 edge against them. I understand some of their fans don't believe that football was invented until this century.

There is a conventional wisdom that Bert is gaining steam and turning Arkansas around. But some prudent questions unanswered:

1) Can they play good defense all year to be competitive/play well on the road?

2) Does Bert know anything about recruiting?

Arkansas will always run the ball well under Fat Bert. That is his speciality and he forces the issue. But I'm not sure he has the recruiting gravitas to make Arkansas a legitimate threat in the West.

True, they've gone from 0 wins to 1 win.

Wouldn't really call that a rise though.

So far we only rank 23rd in total defense, this from a squad that was in the top 80 last year.

Considering our best players are all frosh and sophs...

Why watch football when you can just check W/L records?

10 games in to the year, Arkansas has the #27 scoring defense and the #23 total defense. Improved from #89 and #76 in those categories last year.

Recruiting wise, Arkansas, riding a 17 game SEC losing streak, has the #19 ranked class currently and is on pace to have to highest ranked class for Arkansas in the recruiting era. I imagine that department will only get better as he starts winning.

It's very safe to say that he is improving the program across the board.

At least J.L. Smith and Bert has balls enough to answer questions after a loss instead of refusing to answer questions and then running off crying like a lil bitch.

Two can play that game.

Men are like bank accounts. Without a lot of money they don't generate a lot of interest.

Is USCjr really ragging on the Hogs? What will Sakerlina do when Spurrier retires at the end of the season. With their history, surely they can hire a great coach...

John L. Smith is a great coach and South Carolina should hire him if Spurrier leaves.

Maybe SC would only win by 30 instead of 45? . Sorry, your 1st SEC win in 14 or 15 tries isn't scaring anyone.

Lets pose this question to the board. I'd be willing to bet we would be heavily favored. Your program is a flaming dumpster fire

Your season has been over since Aggy pushed your shite in. BTW, your losses to Missouri, Kentucky and Tenner aren't exactly scaring anyone. Hell if UF isn't a complete joke y'all lose that as well.

Best of luck vs South Alabama...you're gonna need it
