Did he attend a QB camp or go to a QB "guru" since last season ? Or is the credit being given to Joe Brady ? He looked like Tom Brady last night. Just incredible.

Its a combo of everything.
He had a full offseason at LSU, Brady and the new system, receivers have improved dramatically, no major injuries.

Burrow is focused at a level I don't think most college QBs ever achieve

He was always a good QB
It's just the system he was playing in last year was completely different to what he's use to. Pretty sure he said he wasn't used to being under center and most plays last year were under center.
In the shotgun, he can see the field and as soon as he snaps it, he can read the defense.
Under center, you normally turn around for the first few yards, and he couldn't read the defense or make adjustments like that.

Let me stop you right there. Kellen Mond is not going to improve between his junior and senior year like Burrow did, so stop hoping.

This. It really isn't that complicated. A good QB who threw for over 3000 yards last season after only 5 weeks in the system. Showed tremendous improvement week over week coupled with new wrinkles in the offense by Brady.

He was the Ohio State High School Player of the Year his senior season & was a 4 star recruit. As well as being an all state basketball player, obviously a great athlete. But with the new playbook picked up in the Spring, he & his receivers threw / caught 10,000 balls this past season. And a coach's son, i.e. possessing a high football IQ.Add in Brady's new playbook and Coach E's play calling & it was just perfect fits.

LSU’s 2018 offense averaged the 6th most pass attempts per game with 2 players or fewer running routes.
Imagine trying to complete 1/3 of your passes with this matchup: 2 vs their 3+
Would be like expecting your RB to be successful running dives plays in an A-11 offense.
Burrow is a guy who is capable of going through multiple progressions. Last year’s offense handcuffed that skillset by using max protect on a large chunk of pass plays (sometimes it was out of necessity, I guess), hence the 2 players running routes stat.
This year, LSU utilizes 11 personnel almost exclusively. Last year they ran 21 personnel more than anyone in the SEC.
The play calling was also extremely predictable. It was disgusting how often LSU ran it on 1st down compared to the rest of college football.

It's called time. It just takes time for Quarter Backs to be able to read defenses and be aware of things going on around them to the point that everything starts to slow down and they don't panic. You see this in the Pro's, where a guy that didn't get much playing time in college or wasn't rated very high, starts to see the play develop better because he's able to see everything and process it much faster.
Joe's ability to stand in the Pocket and elude the rush is amazing. You rarely see that in seasoned Pro's, much less College level guys. Time has slowed around him to the point that he's able to do things most normal people can't. Plus he's very accurate with his throws and has receivers that seemingly can catch anything thrown their way.

No, he's just in an offense that showcases his strengths and not in an offense that was dysfunctional which is what Orgeron and Ensminger still had him playing in last season. It was a carry over from the Miles and Cameron days that type of offense he was playing in, thank god, those days are finally gone. Lol But with him finally being in a real offense that plays up his strengths he just broke loose this year along with the emergence and maturing of the WR's and the RB, one Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

First, he had an entire off season with his receivers and that is huge.
Second, the receivers spent to off season working on numerous passing drills and working on catching the ball better.
Lastly, Ogeron got Joe Brady and with Ensminger, they totally reconstructed the offense.
