But just like Chief we will trade that legacy for millions of dollars.

I don't see the problem. Neither does Chief, he would be unemployed right now if it wasn't for us.

Sure, sour grapes I guess. If winning almost 12 games a year and the Orange Bowl last night is peeking. Great. Truth is, Jimbo can eye talent for his system, and develop it after he gets there. FSU is in better shape than the Tigahhs. Cam could have a Cook year next 17. They open with Bama, they have a better chance of beating Bama than LSU does in 2017. Scalp'em!

Last point, you are the jilted lover. Jimbo is the Coach you chased not once, but twice!

Jimbo was playing without 3 starters in the secondary. Maybe he did have better players. And I guess the better a Coach did not win then. Rigghhhhtttttt.

This and add all the bad air in Tally and how he knows and supposedly loves LSU..Jimbo seems the fool for not letting this happen.

I would have told Sexton to kick rocks and taken the first thing they offered equal to FSU.

Jimbos great, but last night showed why he drives his fans nuts. FSU should've won that game by 30. But they almost lost due to his conservative play calling. They were playing not too lose.

I gotta agree with you. LSU could have been scary had they gotten Fisher. I'm surprised he didn't take the job, but I am glad he didn't. I don't think he will be as a good at FSU as he could have been at LSU.

Jimbo had the better players. Harbaugh was the better coach.

Both are excellent HCs.

FSU turnovers literally gave UM 10 points. Should've been 14. On the first turnover UM got the ball 1st & goal inside the 1-yard line and settled for a FG.

So true. Joe had a choice:

Try to compete with Saban and maybe risk the future of the program for a decade.

Or

Pick a placeholder until Saban is gone that would make the mob happy.

We will see if he made the right choice.

He is stubborn for sure. That is what sometimes does hit our button. But has put the program in really great shape for years to come. Kids love to play for him.

Yeah he's a great coach. That's why they lost every game that mattered this year

That is the only games that ever matter, the ones you lose!

Jimbo will be top three to take over at Bama in a few years. Basically it will come down to who Bill Battle wants. If Battle tells Jimbo it's his, then Jimbo will take it imo.

Yeah, no reason to think games against Clemson, Louisville, or NC were circled on the schedule

Listen, I know you sister fricking retards from Bama aren't known for actually being bright enough to have a college degree, but the least you could do is pull your 2 inch limp dick out of your pet chicken long enough use some basic logic

So, you were not sold he was a good coach? Do you think he was better than Les Miles? Why not give him 10 if he is a good coach? he certainly elevated Florida State. With the talent LSU has, and Fisher's ties to Florida for recruiting....it could have been Saban 2.0 if LSU had gotten him. We will never know now. Imagine having Louisiana talent locked up with a pipeline coming in from Florida to boot, and being next door to Texas. Scary. (I understand LSU does ok recruiting Florida, but Fisher could have kicked that up a notch)

I really like Jimbo, but he isn't Saban. He just isn't. He never has been, and he doesn't show signs of becoming that level of coach. That's why he isn't worthy of a 10 year contract. Again, no one but Saban and Meyer are.
