And now they're better. Tons of coaches have taken crap teams and made them competitive. Few coaches have taken decent teams and made them relevant.

The Fins played some solid defense under Saban. Had he got Drew Brees as he wished, who knows.... The fins went 1-15 the year after Saban left.

I find it interesting that an LSU fan would talk about a new coach's success being due to the previous coach's recruits.
