I would say your troll is too obvious, but you got some nice bites

I figured it would get some folks worked up

Everyone knows that Harbaugh would only leave Michigan for a NFL gig

Aww, I hate to see you capitulate so easily. Your post has a lot more truth in it than many wish to realize, hence the negative reaction of the jealous.

Never say never. You, personally, don't know that Harbaugh would only go to the NFL.

Just like Bryant said of Alabama " when mama calls", much the same could be said of Harbaugh and Michigan. If Harbaugh continues his success, Alabama will never ....I repeat, NEVER have the kind of money to match Michigan if they wanted to get into a bidding war. Monetarily, Michigan operates with at least one hand tied behind its back.

If you are an Alabama fan be glad that Harbaugh did not get a job at another SEC school like Florida or LSU. He's every bit the coach that Saban is...probably more. Think about what he did with the 49ers...Saban could not do that when he had his time in the pros.

Maybe hate is a strong word, unless you are discussing Florida fans. Florida fans hate OSU because of the way Urban left Gainesville and ended up in Columbus. There's also the fact that many in the SEC bullied Ohio State for years because of their abysmal bowl record vs the SEC. Even though they are finally trending upward vs the SEC, I think there is this animosity towards buckeye fans in particular. They don't get to play the SEC a bunch, as you say, but that doesn't stop many on tRant from getting their shots in against OSU. Maybe a lot of it is Urban Meyer based, but it's definitely real. There's also a lot of anti-Yankee dialogue on here. Even with a team from the SEC. So it's worse with teams from the north in another conference. A lot of ND hate too. Not as much hate for the PAC-12 even though they are the worst high and mighty group of the whole bunch.

All of us are coming at this from different angles.

Alabama fans are not really impressed by and dedicated to Ohio State and Michigan like all other SEC fans are.

Honestly, I never realized there was such a groundswell of support for these two teams by SEC fans.

Alabama has always transcended the SEC and have been a national team, even back in the 20's. Thinking about it, of course Alabama fans and all other SEC fans would see things much differently in terms of who they admire as their football betters.

Alabama fans don't consider any team to be better than theirs, overall, and never really have. This has made us unable to relate to other SEC fans and I can clearly see that now.

And lastly, simply to educate all of you about Michigan's wins, Alabama has won more games than Michigan since the year 1894.

Bama/Michigan records since 1894:

Bama (890-311-44)

Michigan (884-308-35)

Bet all the hardcore Michigan fans here didn't even know that, did they?

Living through Michigan or Ohio State or Notre Dame, in order to feel some type of equal comparison to Alabama, doesn't really work either.

And before you go check, yes, Alabama has the most wins of any team since 1894. If Alabama had started football around 13 years earlier, like Michigan, they would no doubt have the most wins overall.

Did you watch college football this season? He is at a big time program, historically speaking.

I find it hilarious that L5U fans talk up Michigan while constantly talking down Tennessee and TSIO rivalry with Bama - despite Tennessee having won conference and national championships more recently than Michigan.

OP has to have made the best troll or most stupidbthread in awhile. Either that or he's 16 years old.

And for the others, I think you will see that it's mainly UA fans telling him how stupid he is.
