State averagse over 60 total players seeing time in every game -- so yes.
We rotate 2 full units everywhere other than OL, where we play 8-9 deep generally -- and frequently rotate 3 units at DT. The term "starter" is basically just semantics for us. No player on defense plays more than 40-50 snaps.
This is the deepest overall MSU team of my lifetime...
