Bama fans can't have it both ways. Either Saban is in control of their D or Pruit should be coordinator of the year. Considering how Kirby did I am going to go with the former

On field I don't think you can go wrong with either guy. Thus far, I'd give Pruitt the edge as a recruiter.

If I had the choice I'd 100% choose Aranda, he's done more with less talent and turned LSU's defense back to the juggernaut they should be. Not his fault at all LSU lost 4 games despite having the #3 defense in the country.

Agreed. Two of the top two DCs in the game. Both have ample talent to work with, bama a little more, but LSU is building that front 7 again. Should be fun to watch this season.

I though Aranda was the best DC in the country and is on an Einstein level of genius? He has such a brilliant mind!!! No other DC should be winning these awards as they should be mailed to Aranda at the end of every season even if you lose 4 games.
