There was that one moron. He also wanted us to keep Avery and shits all over every game thread with a bunch of insanely stupid hot takes, so I really don't think he's actually an Alabama fan.

Lol y’all fired Mike Price before he coached a game

Yeah, he was an embarrassment, and we shite-canned him immediately.

Your Trisomy-laden, cookie-monster speaking, missing link of an embarrassment is throwing tantrums on your sideline with a 42 million dollar contract in his pocket.

There were a handful of morons and yes, they were morons who shouldn’t be and weren’t taken seriously.

But 10 wins is not 3 wins. You gotta know they would be coming out the woodworks had Saban won 3 games after his first NC @ Bama.

They’re not even competitive.

That is what is shocking to me. I’ve never seen an LSU team just say “frick it” like this. In their game against us they did try and moved the ball and scored. They did it even after that horrible call on 4th and 1 on their first try. But after Bama scored its 4th Td you couldn’t legit see them give up. Florida will be the camel that breaks their backs and I think Ole Miss beats a very depleted and demoralized LSU squad. It’s unreal.

Well, what would you say if this was happening at Alabama?

I’d be livid too. But it would be so out of character for Saban. Ed had a rep as a wild boy in his younger days though. You’d think at 61 he would have grown out of the frat star mentality. He had an amazing chance at LSU. I doubt any major program would hire him now, which is wild since he went 15-0 and won everything in sight less than a year ago

Most LSU fans hated the Orgeron hire.

Why? He had a good little run as the interim USC head coach. He knows Louisiana well. What was the scuttle butt when he was hired?

I hate to say it, I really do, but having been through it, I think that Coach O's personal life is getting in the way of his job.

It was shocking he even allowed that picture to be taken

It's seriously eerie how similar these 2 situations are.

LSU situation is unprecedented: Dubose did win the SEC but Orgeron went 15-0 and won a national title and is on the cusp of getting fired.

The Rant can be a very dumb place but keep in mind that LSU's season has been spectacularly bad but actually might have been even worse in a regular year. Why? Because normally LSU doesn't get to play all three of the worst teams from the east.

At this point more than half of LSU's meager win total comes from the two worst teams in the SEC (Vanderbilt and South Carolina), teams that LSU was essentially gifted by the scheduling preferences shown by SEC beaurocrats who favor teams expected to be nationally relevant.

The even more embarrassing outcome of a normal season might have been more losses to Troy or UAB type teams had LSU played those games on top of potentially going 2-6 or 1-7 in conference

The wheels aren't just coming off. We've gone from a national powerhouse to maybe the third worst team in the SEC between January and August. With the possible exception of special teams no coaches appear competent or able to motivate. The team is soft and the roster is extremely thin (which, in spite of his performance at ole miss was argued to be a virtue of hiring CEO). Roster management and team motivation were supposed to be Ed's biggest strengths as a head coach but they are profound weaknesses.

If CEO played any significant role in the failure in title IX reporting associated with Guice he should be fired immediately and the rebuild suffered through. If he was better on that then the reporting leads me to believe then you may have to give him another year in spite of how bad that probably is for the school.
