I was listening to Norm Hitzges radio show this morning in Dallas. He mentioned the Cam Newton deal as something to keep an eye on. Apparently he has heard that the FBI has put enough heat on one individual that he's ready to sing. Norm's been around a long time and is plugged in pretty well.

AU did what it needed to do to keep up w/ Bama...........pure and simple
Cam and his Dad are scum and will one day have to answer for it.
Before it's all over....AU will pay in some fashion while Cam is making $ in the NFL.

So you are saying it was implied... Correct? You are saying that specifically naming eligibility for the last games implies that all games up to that point that Cam played in are included, even though they only spoke to and named specific games?
So just out of curiosity, and I know I am stupid here, but go ahead and humor me. Back when Alabama did the textbook thing, and our players were eligible, and free and clear for the remainder of the season, did that imply the all of the games for the entire season as well?

I'm doubtful on this one - the Newton's are about to hit their BIG payday in a few months. The feel of money somehow will make ole' Cecil and Cam reconcile any differences they may have and they will once again be a Family.

I'll be honest, I don't know if you're serious or not. A quick Google search on recent statements from the NCAA should clear up any questions you may have regarding vacated wins at this point.

Yep. The writing is on the wall some people just pretend like its not there. Cecil and Cam have treated Auburn like a $2 hooker. When they are done they will get up and leave with a huge smile on their face. Auburn is left with the STD that they brought in.

You might want to do that then...because Newton's eligibility can still be negated for every regular season game, right up to the point he was benched for 24 hours.
