You aren't going to be here long enough to figure out just how dumb you are

Do they not teach simple word recognition in aggy land?

If you give me two teams that both have players that fit their respective coaches' scheme and have been properly developed, I'll wager that the team with more 4* and 5* athletes will win the majority of the time.

Stars don't matter as much as 'crootin' junkies like to think, but to say they "matter very little" is simply incorrect.

There isn't a single 5* recruit starting in the Super Bowl. Fun fact of the day.

Maybe not but there are a LOT of 4*'s. Including this one.

We won...........why would I make an excuse?

We win 90% of our games, win titles and place tons of kids in the NFL. That's because we sign great athletes.

I'll give you this it's better than the refs or the food poisoning excuse you used a few years ago

But getting players that fit a coaches scheme and player development matter a lot.
Given a choice, and thank goodness Bama/Saban usually have top choice, I'd take the cream of the crop every damn time.

Are you saying this because Arkansas doesn't have any 5* committed?

17-0, 30-0, etc stand as two games.

FIFY. For those who give a sh*t, a bit of research will tell you that each of the past fifteen national champs had one or more top fifteen recruiting classes on their team and the vast majority of the winners had multiple top ten classes. It probably carries back further than 15 years but that's enough to prove the point that 17-0 and 30-0 prove squat.

God, I hate these threads.
